Someone's in your closet
This is our sleeper car on the train from Milan to Rome. Yes that is 3 bunks up! Blurry is pretty good considering once you got the luggage in there, there was *absolutely* no room! The people in the next "cabin" kept trying to open the adjoining door...to which Turner replied "Hey, someone's in your closet!" I'm not sure if it was the sleep sillies but we all thought this was riotously funny! We have now dubbed ourselves "The Closet Trio". :-)
Doge's Palace - Venice
This is a "mail slot" where people could report wrong doings of other citizens within the city. These would then be investigated. Be careful though if the accusations proved to be false the accuser would have to endure the punishment!
Narrow Alley in Mykonos
Believe it or not...there was a door to a restaurant down this alley! Just to the left of Bill. Narrower at the opposite end - Right.

Lost in Venice
So this is a shot of a back street of Venice. We were lost for about 2 hours. I was actually kinda fun!
Contrast
I just love the laundry and the contrast of modern and old world in this shot. The satellite dishes seem to be completely out of place.
The Ceiling in the Panthenon
I am hoping Bill will add his picture because it is much much better than mine. This was a very moving site really. One of Turner's only requests on this trip was to see the Panthenon. Such an insightful boy! :-)
